Jay Suites is a fast growing temporary office provider in New York with locations in the Financial District, Penn Station, Grand Central, Fifth Avenue, and Garment District. Each location features WiFi services, video and voice conferencing, digital interactive whiteboards, energy-efficient printer and scanner, as well as a kitchen and a break room with complimentary coffee and filtered water.

As a result of increased demand for virtual office spaces, Jay Suites plans to open new locations in Union Square and Chelsea by the beginning of next year, the New York Post noted.

1441 Broadway, located in the Garment District, takes up the entire block from Broadway to Seventh Avenue on 41st street. The building was designed by the architect firm Buchman & Kahn and was constructed in 1929, spanning 38 stories and over 550,000 square feet.

Over the years, the building has taken the name of the Bricken Textile Building and the W.T. Grant Building. The building holds notable tenants such as Office Depot, Tommy Hilfiger, Buffalo Jeans, Jones of New York, and most prominently, the headquarters of Liz Claiborne Inc.

The building is now owned by the Times Square Tycoon, Leon Charney. Starting with his first commercial real estate venture – purchasing One Times Square in 1980 – Mr. Charney has grown to owning over 1.5 million square feet of commercial real estate throughout the city.
